I have many projects going on at one time and relying only on a calendar or meeting book is too complicated - too many colors for different projects can be confusing. So I&#039;ve employed MindManager - that way, I see all things at once and I immediately know which one I&#039;ve got to take care of immediately. Pronto!</description>
