Hello everyone,
Witness Deepest Health’s first foray into Podcasting! You can listen to it on the site or download it to your portable media player (like an iPod or iPhone). I’ve also submitted the podcast to iTunes, but the process isn’t finished yet. I will be working on getting a podcast similar to this one up each Friday, but will also use the audio format for publishing interviews and conversations between folks interested in Chinese medicine. I hope you’ll enjoy it. Let me know in the comments.
Topics covered in this first Deepest Health podcast:
1. Focus and intention: getting out of my own way
2. How it was needling “real” people for the first time

Thanks!

Aw Eric, I love you! Your candid & humble honesty is not only refreshing but an immense comfort to one such as I, trying in vain as a 3rd yr student of all things TCM, to feel like there’s any sense in hoping that one day, I too might eventually feel some semblance of quiet confidence in The Art. Jeysus right now, all I seem to know is how much I don’t know and how incredibly mindbogglingly Himalayan the Mountain is. But hearing you reflect on your early days in clinic moment by moment, with bite sized chunks, makes me feel like there’s someone out there to metaphorically hold my trembling hand……so thankyou, with a heart and a half. Freya.
