Great article - I learnt a lot and now establishing a daily regimen based on the organ clock.

A question - what about naps? Do you take them, and when's the best time for a short siesta in the afternoon?

Hey Evan,

We do indeed have daylight savings. I can't say that I hate it, but I do find it to be pretty pointless. :)

Hi Eric,

Do you have "daylight saving" in your part of the world? Personally, I hate it with a vengeance.

But it is part of a bigger question of whether we can adapt our bodies rhythms (and the cycle through the meridians). There has been a little research on daylight saving that may suggest we don't adapt. Eg we seem to go back to our normal sleep cycle on the weekends when we don't have to get up at a particular time.
