Regarding your thoughts- I don&#039;t know how things are in the USA where pregnancy and babies are concerned, but here in Israel people sometimes take it a bit too far. People here really do want the best for their fetus to the extent of avoiding different types of food, drinks- for example, people will not go and eat sushi- not even vegetrian sushi- because the knife that touches the fish touches the vegetables as well... That&#039;s a bit over the top if you ask me but many act this way. 

After birth, many women are looking for ways to get stronger as fast as possible, plus they are very into breast feeding- sometimes to the point of failing to take good care of their baby.

I think balancing everything is the key- not taking it too far, but also taking care of yourself while pregnant and after birth.

Isn&#039;t balance the key for everything life?
